Diving material is a kind of synthetic rubber foam, feel delicate, soft, elastic, shockproof, heat preservation, elasticity, impervious, airtight and so on. It is widely used in the manufacture of diving materials, so everyone has an easy-to-understand name for it: Neoprene (diving material).
Chemical composition: a polymer made of chloroprene as monomer and emulsion polymerization.
Characteristics and scope of application: good weather resistance, ozone aging resistance, self-extinguishing, good oil resistance, second only to Ding Qing rubber, tensile strength, elongation, excellent elasticity, but electrical insulation, storage stability is poor, the use temperature is -35 to 130 degrees C.
1. After receiving the diving material, the diving material die factory shall take it back from the freight company in time, and lay it flat and spread it out after arriving at the factory.
2. Spread out the diving material before cutting it out and place it flat on the backing plate or cutting bed plate. It is usually necessary to restore it for 12 hours before production.
3. When cutting materials with a knife mold, the diving cloth should not be stacked too thick, too thick will deform. 2MM thick data usually put 5-6 or so.
4. The rubber pad of the cutting machine should be replaced in time. If the pressure is too deep, the cut diving materials will vary in size.
5. The die shall be standardized. High customer demand can be replaced by a general iron die laser die;
6. Pay attention to the direction when putting the knife mold. If the products produced have elastic direction demand, we must pay attention to making samples first to let customers admit and then mass production, so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by batch faults.
